BROWNIES CHOCOLATE , NOUGET & MIXED FRUIT CAKE

 
 
 
 
Salam semua...

Ni ada lagi exprimen aku buat weekend lepas.jumpa resipi ni masa dk ronda kat bagus.com dan kebetulan opis mate aku minta resipi coklat.(aku sendiri pun tak pernah buat coklat ikut sukatan main hentam aje tu yg ronda nak tengok resipi gak kan salah bg ilmu lak)lepas tu jumpa resipi brownies ni aku ni dah mcm org giler brownies lak.setiap hari aku baking brownies(abah pun dah pandai dah mkn brownies2 ni pg ptg duk buka peti ais cari kek katanya)ok dah melalut dah.mai tengok resipi memang best you..marbeless tp hati2 dgn kemanisan nya.rasa coklat nya memang best lah.nak puji nya resipi ni.adunan ni kecik aje jd aku buat satu adunan ni ngam2 aje dgn family plus bawak gi opis sikit.

4 ounces (120 grams) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup (95 grams) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Ganache:
3 ounces (90 grams) semi sweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter

Chocolate Brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter, or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, an 8 inch (20 cm) square baking pan.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a large stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Next, whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, stir in the flour and salt.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.

Chocolate Ganache: Place the chopped chocolate in a medium sized stainless steel bowl. Heat the cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir with a whisk or spoon until smooth. Let cool to room temperature and then spread the ganache over the brownies. I like to store these brownies in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen.

Makes 16 brownies.

Ingredients
2 no egg white
400g icing sugar
2 tsp liquid glucose(ibu guna golden syrup)
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp water
few drop vanilla
150 g toasted almond(ibu guna walnut)

Method
Whisk the egg white in a heatproof bowl until stiff
Combine the sugar,glusoce,honey and water in saucepan
Stir over low heat until the mixture reaches the soft crack stage 272c
Whisk egg white at high speed for 3 minutes
While whisking(medium speed)drizzle the syrup into the egg white and contiune whisking until glossy and beginning to stiffen.
Stir the almond and spread the mixture over a large sheet of parchment paper.Cover with anather layer of parchment paper,press it well.
Leave nougat until cold and cut square.
wrap in waxed paper and store in an airtight container

*one way to keep the parchment paper in place is to dap the underside of the four coners with a little bit of butter.




Kek ni aku minta resepi dgn tokey kek damira selepas tengok dia tayang door gift yg dia buat.katanya dia ambik resepi dr fp mamafami jd aku pun cari lah.cari punya cari tak gak jumpa lepas tu dgn rasa segan pun ada aku mintak lagi dgn kak yati dan dgn penuh ketulusan kak yati buka n3 mamafami dr satu page ke satu page semata2 nak bg aku resipi kek buah ni terima kasih byk2 kak yati.Kek ni memang sedap sangat abah sampai duk angkut tak berhenti 1 loyang tu kami berdua aje mkn adalah bg sepotong dua kat jiran nak bg byk sure abah tanya lagi mana kek peberet dia.Dulu aku selalu mintakan mama buatkan kek buah ni klu mama nak dtg KL atau aku balik kg,skrg aku tak payah mintak mama buatkan lagi sebab aku dah blh buat sendiri kek nya.

Ingredients A :

500 gm mixed fruit (add 2 tablespoons flour and mix well)

Ingredients B :

250 gm butter
1 tablespoon ovalette
150 gm castor sugar
5 nos large eggs

Ingredients C :

230 gm top flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 I/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 tablespoon Sunquick orange
1 teaspoon mix fruit paste

Method :

1. Cream butter, ovalette and sugar till fluffy. Add in eggs, one at a time.
2. Add in Sunquick orange and mix fruit paste. Mix well.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
4. Fold dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
5. Fold in the mixed fruits.
6. Pour the mixture into a prepared tin, lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 45 minutes or until golden brown

n3 raya tak abis lagik ni duk tangguh 2 sampai dah bederet dah ni pun kira main masuk aje takut terlupa lak utk buat rujukan
