CARROT CAKE & BANANA BANANA BREAD

Salam.....

Mlm ni tengok anak bulan jadi klu rasa nak mkn apa2 yg teringin masih sempat lagi nak di cari nanti klu dah posa adalak yg duk terliur sampai meleleh ......tapi beringat lah nak mkn tu sekadar merasa aje jgn sampai lupa diri.esok masih ada jika di panjangkan usia.


Buat kek carrot ni kes terliur tengok fp kmal.lagipun kmal cakap klu dia ada tempahan sure kat umah kena buat satu extra patutlah kena wat extra sebabnya....sedap wooo..gua cakap luuu...kena lak dgn krim..lemak2 gitu....klu sesapa nak rasa cubalah buat sendiri nak ajak mkn pun dah licin dah..Kmal kita c&p aje ni.mintak halal ya.lain kali nak wat lagi ni..



CARROT CAKE
Sumber: Detox

Ingredients

A)
250 g plain flour
11/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

B)
170 g castor sugar
140 g brown sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups veggie oil
1 cup grated carrot

C)
4 egg white

D)
100 g toasted chopped walnut

Method :
Preheat oven to 180C
a) Sift A, put aside
b) Mix B thoroughly
c) Beat egg white with electric mixer until stiffen.
d) Add A to B, mix well.
e) Add in egg white to to mixture and slowly mix it. Do not overbeat, enough by stiring the egg white combine. This will make the cake lighter.
g) Finally add in the walnut.
h) Greased 9 inch pan.
i) Bake for 1-11/4 hours.

Let cool.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:-
200g cream cheese
180 g whipping cream
100 g castor sugar.

Method
a) Beat cream cheese and sugar until white and fluffy
b) Add in the whip cream and beat until smooth.

Ibu buat krim lain tak guna cheese
cara ibu

1 cawan krimwell
1/2 cawan majerin
1/2 cawan gula aising
1/2 cawan susu pekat
1 sudu kecil oren paste

pukul kesemua bahan kecuali oren paste.bila krim dah kembar baru masukkan oren paste pukul sampai sebati dan sedia di gunakan.
*memang kenalah rasa oren dgn kek carrot ni.

*Disebabkan ibu dah terlebih sagat carrot tu sampai jd 3 cawan so masukkan semua dlm adunan(tak kan nak buang membazir aje).Lepas tu ada lagi adunan tu nampak mcm terlebih cair sikit(ibu ni memang suka ejas org punya resipi)jd tambah lagi tepung dlm 1 senduk@1/2 cawan.dan ada berlaku lagi kesilapan byk betul ibu ejas ni sepatutnya resipi letak baking soda tapi tersilap letak sodium bikabonat(masa gi wilton tanya kat aunt jenie baru tau sodium dgn baking soda tak sama patutlah kek tu tak naik mana)tapi sedap gak.


Ni sekotak nak bg kat owner nursery tempat antor kembar.last week anak dia kena operation tulang belakang klu tak silap.dah lama nak operate tp ada aje halangan tapi kali ni dah selamat operate dan baru 2 hari lepas keluar wad.Jadi Ibu bagilah buah tangan ni kat kak ita dan family.nak gi melawat tak tau kat mana umahnya.bg buah tangan ajelah.


close up sikit tapi tak jelas mana pun,nanti klu dekat2 nampak sangat cacat sela kek ni kan.maklumlah kita ni golongan yg tak pandai bab hias2 ni.Kembar pun suka kek ni tak pernah mkn kek mcm tu biasa mintak tabur kat lantai adalah.ini adik habis seketul kakak sampai 2 potong(ada gak letak dlm loyang) pastu adik tak abis2 cakap bessst ibu acak edappp..sambil mkn kek.kembar klu bab memuji bg kat dia lah.

Kes nak abiskan pisang yg dah hitam dlm peti tu maka jadilah kueh ni.mana cilok resipi ni dah lupalah pulok.roti ni blh dikatakan ala2 scone lah sebab tak lembut mana keras sikit.tengok rupa pun tak lawa.aku tak suka sangatlah resipi pesen ni.tapi klu tak cuba tau.bila dah tau lain kali tak yah cuba kih..kih..(memandai aje aku kena saman baru tau)tengoklah kueh tak cantik ni.takde loaf tin aku bantai loyang 4 segi ni aje.

Banana Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
·2 cups all-purpose flour
·1 teaspoon baking soda
·1/4 teaspoon salt
·1/2 cup butter
·3/4 cup brown sugar
·2 eggs, beaten
.2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3.Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
