CARROT & APPLE CUP CAKE

 
 
Minum petang hari minggu.....tak leh cite pjg busy...ni...


Kek carrot & apple tu kita minum dgn air bunga yg suam sedap gak.Air bunga ni bukan apa nak bagi sejuk badan dlm cuaca panas2 mcm ni.Beli bunga ni pun sebab nak bagi adik minum.demam nya tak baik betul lagi dan sekarang dah timbul ulser pulak dalam mulutnya.Hari ni lak aku hantar kembar kat nursery baru,risau gak ni..


CARROT & APPLE CUPCAKES- resipi kita copy dan paste dr Kak Rinn Fp...mmg sedap...papa yg tak makan kek sgt pun makan banyak kek nie....

Ingredients :

Sifted:
1 cup flour
1 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn fine salt

2 large omega 3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar ( or 1 cup )
3/4 cups canola oil - kita pakai minyak masak biasa je
1 tspn vanilla essence
1 tspn cinnamon powder
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
1 cup grated peeled red apples
1/2 cup roasted chopped walnuts (ni ibu tak ada stok jd tak letak)
1/2 cup raisins ( I omitted)
1 orange rind (I added) (ni pun sama tak letak)

Method:

1. Beat eggs & sugar. Add oil, vanilla and spices. Beat till well-combined.
2. Spoon in dry ingredients and continue to beat.
3. Stir in carrots, apples, walnuts, raisins & orange rind.
4. Bake @ 175 deg cel until skewer comes out clean or until golden brown.

Klu kita org melayu kat malaysia ni mcm buat cekodok aje rupa kek ni sebelum masak.coz tepungya sikit sgt dan dia punya struktur pun mcm cekodok gak bila dah masak tapi aku ok aje abahnya kirim salam utk kek ni.dia tak suka.kembar mcm biasa kutip kismis aje...
